Hi! My name is Kathryn D'Costa and I'm a 16-year-old singer songwriter. I mostly write songs of the indie-pop genre because that's what I resonate with the most. Nearly all the songs I write are either stemmed from experiences of those around me that have strong messages to share. I generally perform with my guitar because it's what I've been playing music on for 10 years, I just have this emotional attachment to it!

Nyte

Nyte is a jazz musician with an affinity for Computers. Growing up in a Ghanaian family nestled near Baltimore, MD, their journey on guitar started at the age of 13. Heavily influenced by Classical Music Theory, video game music, and Jazz/Blues, Nyte absorbed the essence of diverse invigoration, performing in jazz ensembles, choirs, orchestras, bands, and solo situations. Quickly branching from guitar, to piano, bass, vocals, and finally falling in love with Synthesizers, Sampling and Signal Flow, Nyte seeks to genuinely express himself through the freedom of creation, practicing sincerity at every step. As a producer, Nyte seeks to create music, ranging from lush, sonic landscapes, to technically piquing harmonic movements, to the cyclic hums of electronic music. As a person, Nyte is committed to helping his fellow humans, providing equitable education and resources to the community, and making space for the advancement of the unique cultures personal to each of us.

Under Nyte Sky Project, he has released multiple Experimental Plays: his debut EP, "Stories of Fortune(a)", a second project "Rent Party" commenting on the Existence of a Housing/Rental Crisis, a 4-track B-Side to his 3rd EP "Executables/.EXE", and and a Bossa Nova-inspired composition "In Good Time". He will be performing songs from his upcoming EP A-Side "Executables/.EXE", along with hosting a community jam session!

Stereosity

Taking influence from numerous renowned math rock acts worldwide, Stereosity designs a distinctive sound that combines atypical rhythms with vocal-driven structures and imaginative lyrics to emit a strange-but-welcoming, heartwarming feel. Guitarists Jack Carone and Sam Krones seamlessly weave Carone’s twinkly, compelling tapping style with Krones’ witty, captivating lyrical storytelling. Alongside the intricate musical dexterity of bassist Luke Leibee and drummer Hunter Leibee, Stereosity has built something together that goes beyond their music: friendship and community. Their newest single, ‘Manny, Manny!’, is a beautiful take on the idea of love, and showcases the group’s growth with one another as they delve into the waters of a fresh, new era.

ÜMAMI

ÜMAMI is the moniker of Taylor Hawkins, a Black and Latina , singer/songwriter from Carson,CA. With influences from jazz, r&b, and alternative music. she uses her music as a means of self discovery, reflection, and expression. With the release of her 1st EP, she hopes to encourage black and brown people to express themselves freely and to be confident occupying spaces in which they are under represented and overlooked.
