Rates & Availability
Our rate for studio rental is $30 per hour (including setup & teardown time). A $60 deposit must be sent to the B&B Venmo upon confirming a date/time. Current event availability can be found on our calendar. When sending your deposit, be sure to include your event name, date, and hours in the description (4 hours is typical for concerts/showcases).
The event host will keep 100% of the door at the end of the night. The host may charge any rate they please, however we strongly encourage accessible pricing for B&B events.
As B&B is a non-profit organization with 501c3, rental fees are tax-deductible. A receipt for your payment will be provided.
Sound System
Our sound system includes a Midas 32R Console (16-Preamps) + 2x QSC K8.2 FOH Speakers & 2x QSC CP8 monitors. Our mic locker includes 3x Sennheiser 835’s, 1x Shure SM57, 1x Shure SM58, and 2x DI Boxes. We are well-stocked on 1/4” cables and XLR’s at all times.
Backline
Due to limitations on storage space, we encourage performers at B&B to use our backline equipment.
Performers are welcome stow their instrument cases in the back of the venue (first-come, first-served) or outside of the venue, near the designated ticket/merch section.

Concert Set Times
Space rental is scheduled around our lessons.
Start times are typically:
Tuesday - Friday — Load-in 7:30pm, Doors at 8:30pm, Music at 9:45pm.
Saturday/Sunday/Monday — Load-in 6:30pm, Doors at 7:30pm, Music at 8:00pm.
